After watching the YouTube videos and going on our Web2.0 safari I saw myself on the verge of entering a totally new world. I discovered that I had been using the Web in a very limited way, that I´ve never tried to explore all it´s possibilities.

My students make use of the Web 2.0 tools on a daily basis and it´s high time I start making use of them in and out of the classroom. It´s like learning how to speak the language they speak !

The Web 2.0 safari was just my first contact with it´s possibilities. I´ll need a lot of time to consider myself a real "user". I´ll also have to make a big effort to lean this new language , but I´m really excited!

If the safari made me eager to experience new teching/learning strategies the videos made me think of my students´expectations.

There is no reason for us, teachers, to refuse to learn how this generation interacts.

Learning and teaching go hand in hand . Now it´s my turn to learn what my students have to teach me.
